How do I know the bracelets size?
For this you need to measure your wrist size. This can be done with a piece of string, with a ruler or with a measuring tape. Wrap the piece of string or measuring tape around your wrist where you want to wear it. Then measure the piece of string by placing it along the ruler. You choose that number of centimeters in the size table on the website.We take into account that the bracelet will have a comfortable fit.
When will my package be delivered?
Of course we work as quickly as possible to make and ship your order.Delivery in the Netherlands:- Ordered on working days before 13:00, will be shipped the first or next working day.

As soon as your package is at PostNL, you will receive an e-mail from us. From then on, delivery within the Netherlands will take approximately 1-3 working days.

Do I have a guarantee on my bracelets?
All our bracelets have a 6 month warranty.If your bracelet breaks within the warranty, you can send us an e-mail with pictures and we will tell you what to do within 7 days. If your bracelet breaks after the warranty, we can also repair it for you for a fee (if possible).
